Quick Mental Health Screening
September 16, 2023 09:57 AM
Click the link above to take a free mental health screening questionnaire. These brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional. They are completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources.
Before taking this screening, please note that the screening is
offered solely for your information and is
not monitored by CAPS. Any items endorsed by you or any scale elevations
will not be viewed by CAPS faculty or staff. Consequently, if your screening shows that you have had thoughts of suicide in the last two weeks you should contact the crisis resources listed at the bottom of your results page.
